Create Lab sells digital products. Once the files or access links have been delivered, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or because you no longer need the product, except where required by applicable law.

If you cannot access your download or Canva templates, or believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, please contact us with your order number, checkout email, and details of the issue. Our team will review the issue and help resolve it.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
